In this video, the dry milling process from parchment coffee to green coffee is explained in the dry mill of KOPAKAMA (Rutsiro, Rwanda).
The video is in Kinyarwanda, subtitled in english.
The video has been developed in the framework the “Partner Afrika” Project implemented by Naturland in partnership with ROAM (Rwanda Organic Agriculture Movement), with a particular focus on the women’s group Ejo Heza in the KOPAKAMA cooperative (Karongi district, Rwanda). It is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development via sequa.
